Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Free Economy Shipping on all orders over $50
- Economy Shipping — rate calculated by order weight for orders under $50
- Standard Shipping — rate calculated by order weight for faster delivery
Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days for Economy and 3–5 business days for Standard, after processing.
International Shipping We ship to 27 international countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight, via:
- USPS — affordable international delivery option
- DHL Express — faster international delivery
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days depending on the carrier and country.
Customs, Duties & TaxesInternational orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
